Our team is highly skilled in every aspect of audio-visual excellence, and we are very happy to provide expert advice and product demonstrations for you in store. If you are familiar with us, we would be delighted to show you the latest additions to the range, whilst newcomers to the brand can expect a fantastic introduction to the world of Bang & Olufsen.

A consistent level of experience is very important when creating lasting relationships with customers. For this reason, we at Chester have worked very hard to ensure that our team is a lasting one, who will be recognised again and again whenever customers visit the showroom.

The Store Team

Dealer Principal Tony Smith has worked within the PETERS HI-FI Group since 1990 and opened Bang & Olufsen of Chester back in 2000. Our reputation is built upon the impeccable service that we have always offered to our customers; Tony is always on hand to help us maintain this.

Sales Consultant Matt Clark has worked with Bang & Olufsen for over 8 years now. Matt’s technical background makes him well-placed to help customers understand the new media revolution that is taking place in audio and video products.

Sales Consultant John Williams has a great track record in home entertainment technology, and specialised in sophisticated multi-room systems prior to joining Bang & Olufsen over 4 years ago. After a year spent working with the installation division he moved into the showroom. His passion for sound and all things audio/visual stretches back to his childhood.

If you just need some technical advice give us a call or even better drop into our Chester showroom and we'll do our best to give you some honest and, hopefully, useful advice.
