The correct Installation of Bang & Olufsen products is essential for optimum performance and visual appeal. Our commitment to long-term customer care ensures many years of stress-free enjoyment, and is how we have built both our reputation and the foundations for our business since Peters Hi-Fi was established, back in 1956.
Service Manager, Ian Davies, oversees our Service and Installation division. We don’t pass you on to third party contractors and call centres; we take care of you every step of the way. We are the only Bang & Olufsen dealer in the region that has its own Service Centre. We can set up your new system, integrate any existing Bang & Olufsen equipment, hide the cabling and take away all of the empty boxes. Matt or John can then walk you through the operation of your new Bang & Olufsen system and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Mike Wall and Andy James are on hand to carry out installation work from simple set-ups to our much larger projects and cabling work. Alternatively we can provide technical support, wiring schematics and site visits while your electrician pre-wires your property with our cables.
Neil Williams, Mike Wall and Colin Bell are also trained Service Technicians so we can carry out repairs and maintenance to keep your beloved Bang & Olufsen equipment in its prime for many years to come.
