Dealer principal Andrew Dickinson oversees the running of Bang & Olufsen of Preston showroom, situated on the M6/M55 intersection at Fulwood, some 3 miles to the North of Preston town centre. After learning the basics alongside his father (Bernard), Andrew was testing televisions and wiring up plugs from the age of thirteen, and has worked in the family business with his brother John for the last thirty years. For twenty-five of those years, he has been running the Fulwood Store near Preston. Now with the experience and talents of his colleagues, Chris Horton, Robert Leatherbarrow and Lee Ashcroft, they form a formidable team.
Consistency of experience is very important when creating lasting relationships with customers. For this reason Andrew works very hard to ensure that they deliver a consistent level of service our customers have been used to since Bernard Dickinson took over the business from his great friend, John Worden, in 1984.
