When Anthony Woodman, Dealer Principal of Derek Woodman BMW Blackpool, decided to launch his Fast Lane Service facility he only wanted the best in entertainment and comfort for his loyal customers.

Being a dedicated Bang & Olufsen customer of mine Anthony spoke with me about his idea. We agreed a plan and now Derek Woodman boasts the facilities of a stunning Silver BeoVision 7 and BeoSound 3200 in their prestigious Fast Lane Lounge.
In reciprocation we have on loan the fastest Bang & Olufsen service vehicle in the North of England, a fabulous X3 M Sport, liveried in our Partnership logos, quite a treat!

This is how Fast Lane Works:

When you phone to book your BMW in for a service, the Service Department will ask you a few questions about your requirements. This information will determine whether the work can be finished within 90 minutes: if so, you will be offered the option of a Fast Lane Service.

With Fast Lane Service, you won't need either Collection and Delivery or a Loan Car. That means they can provide you with an earlier appointment, so you can have your BMW serviced and back on the road sooner.

Making good use of your time:

While you are with Derek Woodman you're warmly invited to relax in their Fast Lane Lounge, check your e-mail and surf the web via their complementary wireless access. Enjoy the Sights and Sounds of Bang & Olufsen, or simply sit back in comfort with a good cup of tea or coffee and read the paper. With Fast Lane Service, attentive staff will help you make the most of the short wait while your BMW is worked on.
