The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team at Wimbledon Village is led by store manager Nick Fichte.
Nick has been working for the Audio Vision group since 2006 when he started as an assistant to the team in the Oxted store. On his first day he was thrown in at the deep end and helped out on super yacht The Maltese Falcon, where Audio Vision installed a full entertainment, control and lighting system! From being a general helper, Nick went on to be part of the Sales Team at Sevenoaks where he learnt the ropes and embarked on all of the Bang & Olufsen training courses.
In December 2007 Nick became manager of the Wimbledon Village store and has since built many relationships with local customers and businesses. Nick recently said "I am so glad with what I have achieved so far in Wimbledon Village; I believe we have got to know the community very well." Nick is a specialist in BeoLiving and can help with any home automation needs, incorporating the Bang & Olufsen product range.
Nick is passionate about Bang & Olufsen and will do his very best to ensure you have an experience to remember when visiting their store. Customer service is of the utmost importance and he aim's to exceed your expectations both during and after purchase.
