Bang & Olufsen of Harrogate is a member of one of the longest established Bang & Olufsen retailers in the UK. Established in 1925 by the two Wills Brothers, the first premises in Micklegate, York, sold a range of radio receivers. In 1963 Wills Brothers was purchased by Colin Stanford, ironically the same year Bang & Olufsen was imported into the UK for the first time, and Wills Brothers became one of the first dealers in the country to sell the brand.
Over the past 47 years Wills Brothers have gained a reputation of being one of the leading specialists of Bang & Olufsen. This is clearly shown by the fact that Bang & Olufsen has chosen Managing Director Lee Owen-Stanford and his company, Wills Brothers, to represent their brand with two stores: Bang & Olufsen of Harrogate and more recently, Bang & Olufsen of Leeds.
In addition to this Wills Brothers developed and extended its business into Smart Home Technology.
